Terms of Service

By commissioning me to create your custom art, you agree to the following terms of service below. Please read the below agreement carefully and in its entirety.

BASIC RULES:

1) You must be able to pay via Invoicing. Payment is accepted through debit, credit, or other alternative payment methods like Klarna through a secure service called Square Up. Cash, Cash App, or Venmo are not accepted at this time. This payment policy is in effect in order to preserve my legal rights and protect against fraud/scandals. 

2) All transactions are to be paid in full upfront before work begins, and there are no refunds for completed art. I will not begin work until a full payment is made, no exceptions. 

3) Full references are required. Please include references to the people, place, and things to be included in your custom art, including color references (the exact shades of blue, red, green, etc.). Failure to provide proper references may result in your dissatisfaction with your custom art piece which I am not liable for. 

Payment

Payment in full is due before I begin creating your custom art piece. Once your commission/custom art request form has been submitted, you will be contacted to confirm the details of your request you will receive a copy of a visual mock-up of your request (not applicable to simple portraits). Once we have confirmed the details of your vision, then payment is due in full.

Shipping

Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your custom art to be painted and shipped and additional time for delivery. The larger or more complex your custom art is, the longer it will take me to create your vision. If you are on a tight deadline, shipping can be expedited for a fee. Hand-delivery or drop-off can be arranged for a fee as well. (I am located in the Stafford, VA area if you are willing to pick up your custom piece for free)

All acrylic paintings are allowed to dry for three (3) days before they are finished with a high gloss varnish to prepare for shipment.

No Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds as commissioned art has been hand-made specifically for you. I will try my best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your custom piece before shipping. Please make sure your vision is clear before purchasing.
